We install and maintain all types of electronic security systems, from intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems across Worcestershire, Herefordshire and the Midlands.

From simple audible only systems to fully monitored alarms with Police response and everything in between, everything we install and maintain conforms to the latest European Standards, NSI NACOSS Gold regulations and insurance company requirements.

After you get in touch with us one of our qualified engineers will visit your home, talk to you and carry out a short risk assessment which will establish the type and grade of system required. They will then be able to design a security system that suits you and your family, they can even be designed to be pet friendly.

The consultation and survey is free and a requirement of the European Standards. It should take no more than 45 minutes and will ensure you are aware of all of the options available.

Maintenance and repairs

Our services are not just restricted to newly installed security systems.
Most existing systems can be maintained, repaired and upgraded. We can offer you a range of annual maintenance agreements which ensure your security system continues performing as it was intended to. We can even maintain security systems we didn’t install.

Having your security alarm serviced every 12 months is often a requirement of your insurance company, especially if they have given you a discount off your annual premium. It will also give you peace of mind knowing that your alarm is working as it should and that you can call someone (24 hours a day) if you experience a problem with your system.

As an NSI NACOSS Gold approved installer, we are obliged to provide business plans with evidence of management capability and financial backing, giving customers confindence that we won’t disappear.

If in the unfortunate event that you are the victim of a break in and your system has not been professionally serviced in the past 12 months, your insurance may potentially be void and/or your claim may be rejected.

As well as being able to install and maintain all types of security, including Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, CCTV and Access Control Systems, we can also provide cost effective Alarm and CCTV, 24 hour monitoring and surveillance with emergency service response. Often existing equipment can be repaired and upgraded with a range of annual maintenance agreements offered, which include 24 hour support and fast response should you, or your insurers require.

Professional CCTV systems

We install a wide range of professional CCTV systems. From a simple camera which allows you to see the person on the other side of the front door, to full High Definition surveillance of your property with 24 hour digital recording with powerful search tools and remote IP access via a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
