Our Quality Policy

It is the policy of the Company to provide a system design, installation and maintenance service, using electronic security equipment, which conforms to best professional practice and meets customers agreed requirements at a satisfactory overall cost. In providing these services the Company attaches great importance to the requirements of quality and to the expectations and needs of its customers.

Technological improvements and innovations are reviewed with a view to introducing them, wherever possible, to existing and potential customers and markets.

In order to monitor compliance, effectiveness and suitability of the Quality Management System, together with the Company's quality policy and current objectives for quality improvement, a review and evaluation are regularly performed by the MD. This includes contractual aspects such as false alarm and response time statistics, routine maintenance achievement and resolution of complaints.

Staff are suitably screened, trained and committed to implement, maintain and continually improve the documented Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 and the NACOSS Quality Schedule SSQS 101.

As a recognised NACOSS installer the company aims to give total customer satisfaction and value for money.
