P&R Alarms Limited offer turn key fire alarm systems.

We offer design, installation, supply and regular maintenance of a wide range of fire alarm systems.

All of our systems are designed to comply with the requirements of your fire risk assessment, as required under the fire regulatory reform order (RRO).

P&R Alarms Limited provides Fire alarm installation to large and small offices, schools, hospitals and private residences. We carry out contracts to a value of £1 million and our services include fire alarm system design, installation and maintenance.

Installation of fire alarm systems ranging from single zone controls to multi site addressable systems. Upon completion of a new installation or where additional work is undertaken, we issue a work sheet and test certificate which states that your system is compliant with the relevant standards and regulations.

To comply with Health and Safety Regulations it is most important to ensure your fire alarm equipment is regularly maintained. It is a requirement to do so to meet British Standards! Failure could invalidate your insurance policy.

All fire alarm systems should be installed and maintained to BS 5839. Remember, a condition of meeting BS 5839 Part 1, is that the system must be regularly inspected and maintained at periods throughout the year. This is in addition to weekly checks carried out by the customer. As a minimum you must use qualified fire alarm engineers to carry out one annual and one bi-annual test and inspection each year.
